Checkout lists the live methods for your account. Do not send card numbers, CVVs, or screenshots of cards to support.

Steps

• Open checkout for a paid template.
• Use only the methods rendered there.
• If a charge stays pending, wait for the payment status to update, then check My Library.

Watch for

A return URL in the browser is not proof of payment. Trust the order status in My Purchases.
