Who is responsible

Shanghai Menmen Technology Co., Ltd. operates Flow Market International and is the controller of account, community, and order data collected through this product. International and other markets do not share user databases.

What we collect to run the product

• Account: email, display name, username, bio, and sign-in provider ids.
• Community: posts, comments, likes, and saves.
• Commerce: orders, entitlements, download events, and ledger rows.
• Files: workflow packs and listing images in object storage.
• Security and application logs needed to operate and protect the app.

Ordinary users are not asked for nationality or government ID. Creator identity checks for paid payouts are collected by the payment provider, not stored by Flow Market as KYC files.

Why we use it

To authenticate you, publish community content, complete purchases, deliver downloads, pay creators, prevent abuse, and answer support requests sent to support@menmentech.com.

Cookies

Authentication cookies keep you signed in. See the Cookie Policy. This product does not load advertising or analytics pixels.

Payments

Card and payout details are handled by the payment provider at checkout or in Creator Studio. Flow Market stores order and entitlement records, not full card numbers.

Where data lives

Account, community, file, and order data are stored with the cloud services that host this deployment (currently Supabase). The international product is used from outside CN, HK, MO, and TW.

How long we keep it

Profile and community identity can be deleted on request. Order, payment, entitlement, and ledger rows are kept as long as needed for refunds, disputes, accounting, and fraud prevention.

Your requests

Email support@menmentech.com to access or delete account data. Deletion is assisted so commerce records stay auditable.
